Grade A All products are tested, working and 100% Functional. There will be none screen issue nor will have any mark or scratch. The optical* state is Good.

Grade B All products are tested, working and 100% Functional but as of you know that goods are used ones so there will be some minor marks, scratches or dents on body. Screen may have couple of white spots. The optical* state is Good.

Grade C All products are tested, working and 100% Functional but you will find good second user condition on it i.e. it will clearly have visible defects on the chassis, heavy scratches, dents or a small part missing**. Screens will have scratches, marks and spots on it, may have crack**. The optical* state is Good.

SOFT Solutions Trading only accept payment through Wire transfer. Please be sure to cover any intermediary or exchange fees. The full amount of the invoice must be received.

Normally 5 to 7 working days are required for pickup after 100% payment is received in SOFT Solutions Trading account.

We provide 14 days warranty and RMA will only be accepted within 14 Days Period. The buyer will be responsible for logistics cost.

SOFT Solutions Trading always encourages the buyers to visit our warehouse for inspection, once they satisfied then proceed with order.

Normally we encourage the buyers to arrange their own forwarder for pickup from our warehouse, but if it’s not possible for buyer to do so we may help them in shipping process. We will provide them with best shipping rates by using all means of transportation that is Air, Ocean and Trucking.
